This past weekend, Beta Nu Chapter was presented with the 2024/2025 Chapter Achievement at an awards ceremony during the second session of Theta Chi Fraternity’s Initiative Academy, held at the Alpha Iota Chapter House at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. Brother Matthew Tai was present to receive the award on behalf of the chapter.
The Chapter Achievement Award is given to chapters that apply for the Alter Award and demonstrate substantial success, progress, and improvement in chapter operations. Applicants are judged based on 14 categories, including chapter operations, recruitment, scholarship, chapter safety, member and new member education, alumni engagement, community service and philanthropy activities, and others. Beta Nu received recognition in 11 of these categories (see the full list below). This is the first time the chapter has been presented the award since 2016.
Beta Nu continues to be a excellent chapter and worked very hard this year to show it. Congratulations, Brothers!
